Typically main dishes are combinations of rice and bread with meat, vegetables and nuts.
Herbs are frequently used, along with fruits such as plums, pomegranates, quince, prunes, apricots and raisins.
Characteristic spices and flavourings are often mixed, and used in various dishes.
You will enjoy a 5 course menu, infused with some of the tastes of Southern Asia
Persian food is mostly gluten free, (apart from their amazing breads) so we are offering a gluten free option for the two evenings, with the proviso that it is realised our kitchen does, and will be using on the night, gluten products for other diners. We must be notified when booking that you require gluten free, and the number required.
